Shipping & Returns

We bake to order! So please allow one week from the time of your order for us to prepare it.

Shipping is free on all orders over $25. A flat-rate charge of $10 applies to all orders less than $25. We will choose the best method of shipping, but we typically use Canada Post Expedited Service (from Vancouver, British Columbia) or US Postal Service Priority Post (from Point Roberts, Washington).

While we do all we can to ensure that your order arrives in good condition, occassionally an order arrives damaged. If this happens, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to return it for a full refund.
